But never fear..old/current orders are currently being hacked through by one very rough, very ready lone man. He’s doing his best in an untimely fashion and, honestly, mostly because someone checks in on him daily and gives him a bit of attention and he can show off things like his tattooing skills, the latest being a very budget line drawing of a dick on his bum.
I know, but that's our only option right now and he asures me he washed his hands.
His computer skills are limited at best like his attention span..Think short stick. Please do not expect replies to demands, impatience, or repeated messages. He cannot lose focus. And ask yourself: would you rather a reply… or your stuff?
While this is happening, Chrissy/aka Fisteen (the owner) is in America due to her dad’s passing and can’t provide the speed or professionalism you may have once enjoyed. That era is currently unavailable.
To be transparent, our storeroom was compromised while the owner was away, which has meant stock issues and reordering, delaying some orders further.
What this means:
Some orders may ship partially. The rest will follow, with extras.
Items we can’t restock may be replaced with similar items, or refunded if replacement isn’t possible.
The aim is to have all orders shipped, replaced, or refunded by the 13th January. If nothing has happened after that date, please and only then text 027 666 3324.
We can’t reply to all messages before then because time spent replying is time not spent physically getting orders out. Simple maths.
Next year marks 20 years of Brutalitees. Whether we’ll be back after this is honestly unknown. The enthusiasm isn’t what it once was, especially after years of being used, abused, and expected to bleed for “just one more order”.
